As the Head of Data & AI at Grupo Águia Branca (GAB)—a leader in Brazil’s transportation and mobility sector—I focus on developing data-driven solutions that enhance decision-making and operational efficiency. With over 15 years in IT and data roles, my approach combines strategic leadership with technical expertise in Python, SQL, Databricks, and PowerBI. Also, as Data Specialist/Consultant, in the last few years I’ve helped building data strategies and products for a wide range of US startups, from mortgage and legal to healthcare industries.

I lead a talented team in achieving their delivery objectives, cultivating their skills, and refining our products through a clear articulation of technical features and objectives. My hands-on experience in ETL and data pipelines, coupled with my ability to unearth insights from diverse data sets, supports our mission to optimize business performance.

Dedicated to problem-solving through data analysis, I excel in translating complex data into actionable strategies for both technical teams and executive boards. My goal is to continue driving forward the capabilities of our company by harnessing the power of data to solve real-world challenges.
